Complex problems require complex solutions and once you start treatment planning full mouth reconstructions with implants and other fixed prosthesis you need the backing of a lab that understand the complexity of the problem. No matter how many courses you go on as a clinician, if your lab have not got the same (or in a lot of situations more) knowledge and experience then you, you will continually deliver disappointing results.
